Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery (please include the tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. A 10% fee of the order value will be charged for storage and other costs. In the event of a return, you will therefore receive 90% of the total order value back. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. All returns must be registered with our customer service.

Photo evidence
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it to our customer service immediately. All damage claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without appropriate proof of damage confirmed by a member of our support team, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement.
I received the wrong item:
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following:

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the product to us and then placing a new order for the correct product.
For defective products:
If the product is faulty, damaged during transport, or otherwise defective, there are no return shipping costs.
If I want to return items:
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and must provide the shipping receipt for the return.
Return Address
All returns must be sent directly to our warehouse. Please contact our customer service to receive the address of our international warehouse. Returns sent to other locations will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us before the order is processed. We reserve the right to decline the cancellation if your order is already being processed. In this case, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive your order. Thank you for your understanding.
