General Terms and Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Upon receipt of the returned goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price without undue delay, using the same payment method, provided there is no dispute regarding the condition of the goods.

Note: Trying on clothing is not considered usage and does not exclude your right of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns must be unworn, properly packaged, and in their original condition. Labels must not have been removed. We reserve the right to reject returns if items are not returned in perfect condition.

3. Payments & Chargebacks

Unlawful or fraudulent payments may result in cancellation of your order.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested. Customers are responsible for any resulting losses or costs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or a maximum of €100, whichever is higher.

This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights:

5. Cancellations by the Seller

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Pricing or product errors;

• Product unavailability;

• Suspected abuse or fraud.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

6. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

German law applies. The competent court in London, United Kingdom, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
